“Awful service”

Flowers ordered for friends birthday. Failed deliveries on two occasions with customer care just sending out basic template response emails. I have requested 5 times to escalate as they are unable to tell me why flowers are not being delivered. Still no resolution. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. - save yourself the hassle.
