On November 4,2023 my daughter sent $100 dollars to my wife's polish debit card, which my wife never received. My daughter contacted my wife to see if she received the funds, my wife went to her bank, and found out that they do not accept direct deposits from moneygram to their debit cards, which are under MasterCard. My daughter contacted moneygram and canceled the transfer, and moneygram refused the money, but later took the money back statin they money was deposited on my wife's debit card. Moneygram launched a review and states the transfer was completed for the sum of 406.27 PLN, of which my wife's bank has no record of. MoneyGram has blocked my daughters account and refuses to talk to her when she calls customer service. Tonight I called moneygram 1 800 number and spoke to customer service, I called to find out what they do if a person makes a direct deposit to a MasterCard debit card, they refused to talk to me and I put my wife on the line with them, she speaks English but not very good, so they get an interpreter for her and asked for the transfer reference number, which she gave them, in which the looked up the information and told my wife to have our daughter who is in California and is the sender to call them, that they had investigated and found the money was deposited on my wife's MasterCard debit card issued by her Polish Bank, and in reviewing my wife's deposits back to October, she has no deposit of 406.27 PLN or any amount close to it, as all her deposits are under 100 PLN. Any time I was talking to my wife the moneygram agent was very rude and told me he could only talk to the recipient, which I explained I was explaining things to my wife who speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English. I finally demanded to talk to his supervisor, which he gave us a run around, and kept stating have the sender call, because they have investigated and they money was transferred to my my wife. When we explained that moneygram was refusing to talk to our daughter, he just keep repeating to have her contact them. When she called she refused to talk to her. I finally got to talk to his supervisor once I became irate with him, and when his supervisor talked to my wife it was a echo chamber of have the sender call them, which she can't because they have blocked her. I told the supervisor we will be contacting the FTC consumer protection. Then she figured out my wife was on speaker phone and refused to talk to my wife untill she took the call off speaker phone, we told her we could not because we was calling on Skype, so she ended the call. I will never do business with moneygram ever again,
