All I can say is buyer beware.

My company spent over $2,000 with captain marketing. We did not generate any revenue as a result.

In the first go-round with this service, the company spent 4 months building a linking campaign for our company that was not even close to being in the area of my target market. I was very specific with my target audience and this was ignored by Captain.

After this initial campaign, Captain offered to lower its fee. For I paid this fee for an additional three months and never heard one word from the company.

When I called today to ask for a refund, I was told that that was not possible.

I was surprised to learn that despite my complete dissatisfaction with the service, I would be required to pay for the service for an additional month.

I dealt with Dante James at extension 7006 today.

I dealt with Nicolas Gandara in November. To my surprise, he is no longer with the company.
