Finally I have arrived in my old age with some degree of wisdom. :) I have found that most always in my 71 years on this planet, I have pretty much got what I paid for everytime. Stewmac offers high quality products no junk or knock off copies. They also are wealth of how to do it projects from simple set ups to repairs of guitars, minor to major. Excellent video instructions are there. Everything I have bought from Stewmac has never disapointed. Customer service is the best anywhere, no hassle satisfaction guarantee. Just like Costco I love it. This is one of the few companies I can totally recommend for quality and price and no hassle returns.

Review written about my wife's order and experience. Ordered two bras and a pair of panties October 5. It took over six weeks to get them. Order received order November 20, She tried on the bras they did not fit. She immediately returned the bras on November 23. They did not respond to the return until December 8. They said they would not refund the money on one bra because it was stained and torn. This was totally impossible as it had only been tried on and neither bra fit so I immediately sent both of them back. If it was damaged or stained in any way they sent it to me in that condition. They offer absolutely no proof of this damage and customer service is powerless to help as she told me "managment does not allow escalation on this type of complaint" Yes, it is only $52.00 for one bra and it is at the perfect price point that it isn't worth the hassle to contact the credit card company. My wife has bought from this company off and on for several years but never had to return anything. Needless to say we will not order anything from them ever again. Their negative 2 star or less reviews have increased to over 23% this last year.

This site is in China and there is no indication youa re dealing with a foreign company on the website it looks to be official Nike. When you purchase and they charge your card you get an email telling you that there will be an additional charge for a foreign currency transaction. I orderd pair of "genuine" Nike Shox the shoes are cheap fake counterfeit junk. I am dispute with the credit card company The Nike Store here in town has confirnmed in writing these are fake and not Nike. The merrchant said just send back well it cost about $70.00 to ship two pair of shoes to China. They are counting on you not doing that and they most likely would not refund your money either. Stay away from these people crooks liars and frauds.
