Travelled on one of this companies coaches to Wembley from Coventry. The journey was exactly 2 hrs, we arrived at 11.08, we were told by the driver we need to be at back at the coach NO later than 1 hour after the final whistle, everyone was back on the coach by 7.25pm. As every other coach manoeuvred around us to leave, we sat there static, when i approached the driver to ask what the problem was, he said he couldn't go anywhere until 8.08pm as his tacho told him so. I did mention that the game went to extra time and penalties and if that didn't happen, we would have been on the coach at 6.25pm, would we have had to wait until 8.08pm to leave, his reply was yes... i pointed out that if he knew this prior to us getting off the coach, why didn't he tell everyone that we would be leaving at that time at the very earliest so be back at a time for that to happen. It raised another question, why didn't all of the other 150 coach drivers in the carpark have the same problem as he did. Official complaint into CCFC Travel. The company is only as good as its drivers, this time i rate the company by my experience and that is 1star.
