The Customer Service Agent who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I had no further issues.
I do have to mention that using the 'Chat Now' option through the website, did not work.
It said I connected with "Jair A", but I did not receive a response. Disappointing.
Other than that, once I called Resume-Now directly, my issue was resolved in a timely matter.
