I had a very bad experience with them. I booked a car In Florence. I arrived from Rome only two hours after the booking time, and the car rental agency was closed. Then a man from the agency passed there and said they just canceled our booking! Not only that, EconomyCarRentals refused to refund the money I paid them, although the booking was cancelled and I didn't use the car. This is the last time I use EconomyCarRentals.

We are very sorry that you did not get the car you had ordered.
Each car rental company has different policy regarding the delay of the customer.
If the customer does not show up in time or does not call the car rental company to let them know about the delay, they have the right to cancel the reservation.
The above information is stated during the booking procedure and in the confirmation voucher of your rental.
