I have ordered more than a dozen canvases and all except one have been great. The one flaw was a 40X60 that's frame was broken in shipping. They replaced it fairly quickly at no cost, but the replacement, although not broken enough to return, had a cracked frame. I believe that from now on I will pay a few extra bucks for the heavy frame on the large ones. Overall, I'm very pleased with the company.
