Cancelled trip Mar 14/17 and told 6 to 8 weeks for a refund which is ridiculous. Called June 5th, on the phone twice for almost an hour, then told they called accounting and it was done that day. Now 14 weeks and counting. They have the information they need for the refund but refuse to process it, you will get nothing but excuses every time you call
