Contacted them multiple times to cancel the subscription - you automatically get subscribed when buying the downloadable version of the CV. They claim there isn't a paid account allocated to my email address, but they charged me almost 18 pounds 3 days after. No response from them after providing them with the proof of them stealing from me! No one answers the phone either. I have escalated it to my bank, Trading Standards and I will not stop here. Also there are other many people in this situation - same story, same outcome - so we all want to go to the media and expose them and what they are doing to people. Avoid! Do not fall into their trap like I did.
