Flighthub gets zero stars! Their transaction with me falls with the definition of fraud in the Criminal Code of Canada, to wit: 390. Fraud. "Every one who, by deceit, falsehood or other fraudulent means, whether or not it is a false pretence within the meaning of this Act, defrauds the public or any person, whether ascertained or not, of any property, money or valuable security or any service,. Is guilty of an indictable offense..."
A Flighthub agent told me was purchasing two return tickets from Toronto to Holguin, Cuba on Air Transat (outbound Dec. 30/16; return Jan 13/17) for C$904. When the e-ticket arrived it cited DIFFERENT DATES, AIRLINES AND PRICES: Cubana via Havana with stopover, outbound Dec 28; return Jan 11, for C$1319. Despite numerous calls with stonewalling agents I can get neither a refund nor a re-issue of the ticket based on what I was sold over the telephone, without incurring penalties ranging from $100 to $250 per person, despite the fact that this was 100 % Flighthub's error. My VISA card has been charged. I will report Flighthub to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and the police. Never use Flighthub.
