Defendant AVVO is not reliable, they criminally tampering with business records specifically removing and deleting facts "Evidence" concerning a documented thief/Felon-
Specifically Defendants WAYNE H. WINK possession of stolen property.
Police records, 911 operator and many witnesses-
Deleting facts concerning possession of stolen property- Tampering with evidence!
Took some time tracking these thief's whom robbed me January 17,2017
