“Damaged coin sold unseen - told nothing doing!”

I ordered a platinum 1oz Australian coin unseen which was delivered to their shop 4 days later. I went to collect it and noticed part of the rim was damaged. Staff told me they had not noticed the damage, but they could nothing. I would lose my 20% deposit if I did not pay for the outstanding amount.

This sort of practice should be illegal. In any case, they have lost my custom forever.
