The customer care reps are worst and very rude, they will behave as if they are not selling product but are doing a favor to you as if they are offering free tickets. Contacted different people in hopes of better courteous customer care reps but I was wrong, never ever book with them and they charge you way higher than online prices offered directly by the airlines so stay way.
