I went to the Black Friday Store in San Antonio. There is only one location and they asked me to leave my back pack at the front counter because they are fearful the customers are thieves. Well, at any rate, one of their employees STOLE my backpack. The owner of the store, Mohammed said the store was not responsible and they were. I filed a police report with Balcones Heights Police Department, but they were useless and refused to investigate. They stated they get many complaints about the store and recommended I just stay away. I would have but the bargains on Tuesday were too much to resist. That is until I went back there and an employee told me I can't bring my large Victoria Secret purse into the store. I protested and said their employee STOLE from me and I REFUSED to leave my purse with them.
They are the worst with their discriminatory practices. Please do not patronize a business that treats women poorly. By the way, there is NO SIGN on the door that says: No backpacks and no large purses.
Are there any lawyers out there, willing to take my case?

Don't give up your backpack or large purse or one of the employees will steal it with the sanction of the owner, Mohammed from Palestine

I bought a replacement phone over a month ago and could not program it due to some baloney about it being locked. I phoned the company no less than 20 times and each time a rep assured me, my phone would be on in the next hour. " I guarantee you Miss... your phone will be unlocked and working". What lies.

Today I was told I could not get refunded for my replacement phone because the phone had been activated. I told them the phone was LOCKED and unusable. They also told me to take out the old sim from the first phone and put it in the new, then another rep said to switch the SIMS back to original phones. Another told me it was my problem I did not send the phone back in the return envelope. I told him there was no return envelope. Another said I could get a refund without the tax included and today a rep told me I cannot get a refund.

One rep even told me I could not get refunded because I was upset!

So, it was round and round the mulberry bush. I told them I intend to complain to the FTC for fraud. What a bunch of liars and fraudsters. Everything they told me was a lie and they even tried to get me to stay with them when I made it clear, I went with a different carrier and want nothing further to do with Assurance.

I have not purchased an extended warranty from this company due to the negative reviews. I did however, contact eBay a few minutes ago (chatted online with rep Cherry) and asked them to end their affiliation with this company due to the claims of fraud and the massive run around they give customers. She "promised" to relay concerns to her supervisor and higher ups. Hmmm, we will see if they take definitive action.
