Horrible customer service AND cheap quality. I asked specifically through their chat system that if the item didn't fit, if I could return or get a refund for the item. She said yes, as long as it wasn't final say. She acknowledged the item I was looking at wasn't final sale as she recommended the size I should buy. Now, they are saying they can't do an exchange, credit, or refund. Extremely frustrating. I spent $400. Total waste of money. Don't buy from them.
