We truly sorry that this order didn't reach you. The logistic department mentioned earlier that the Czech postal services couldn't find your address. We are unsure why, in fact this could be caused by numerous different reasons. Could it be that the name om your mailbox is different, than you've stated in your address details?

I regret there seems to be a misunderstanding in regard with your refund. Given the circumstances, my colleague suggested a partial refund of 50% order value. No refund of 8$ was processed. You are confusing my colleague his screenshot, which shows how to withdraw storecredits. The example shows a credit of 8$.

As we are not entirely certain why this delivery failed, my manager agreed to fully refund you. The refund will be sent to your bank account, which you used to pay for this order. It could take approx 4-10 days before you receive it.
