I tried to get new grips from this company because they were supposed to be so much better. They do not specifically state what each grip is made out of and what it feels like. I got the tech grips and they were absolutely awful, they were slippery on the inside because they were a sheet of plastic. I tried every variation to use the grips and still nothing. I tried to return them and custom service is continuously asking for me to measure my hand, and send pictures. Otherwise they provide no answers. I told them that I want to return the grips and they will not help at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was required to buy health insurance through the marketplace. However, when I shopped with Blue care they told me that my doctor was in network, I was covered, and my pre-existing coverage would be fine. However, they lied. They had me paying $105 and then took $255 from the government on my behalf. They did not pay my doctors AT ALL. Denied my prescriptions. So essentially I was getting no benefits for a total of $300 in premiums and $100 at least for prescriptions. Not to mention, I now owe my doctors at least $80 per visit that blue cross denied.

Sometimes this company has great clothes. However, now they're sizing is awful. You never know how many sizes to go up or down. The designs are absolutely ugly. Their T-shirt line/doughlivery is a complete waste of money. You can't resell anything because their clearance is so cheap and people expect the same price. Contacting customer service is a nightmare. You have to use the email because they don't answer any of their social media. Even then you have to email 3-6 times or you won't get an answer.

First off, they add so many taxes and fees you might as well go get the food yourself. They don't give you a chance to change your address. The drivers mess up all the time, and customer service is awful! Looking for a way to delete my account. Also, they change the tip amount
