Hi everyone! I recently had an issue with my Groupon that I purchased for 1 hardcover book to Dinkleboo. I just wanted to let you all know that if you send an email to their help they will respond to you. It may take a day or two but they will get back to you. Groupon did not put in the dashes that Dinkleboo sent them in order for the groupon to work. I sent an email to customer service and they sent me a new code to use. I have been seeing so many negative comments on here but you have to contact them and be patient. With the holidays they have had a lot of orders. I hope this helps!
