They had great business etiquettes at the first time. I ordered a white color swap DIY kit, and it looked great for a while. However, after few days, the backside of silver camera trim fell out. So, I emailed them, and they quickly responded me and sent me the new one.

This time, I sent my phone for pink color swap, they did not do their job at all. I think they are using low quality materials for color swap, especially for pink. The colors do not match to the ones on the website and my phone now looks super old and ugly. Also, my speaker has a problem and when I opened my phone, there was one screw missing, which Zeentron never mentioned it. This time, Zeetron, did not give me tracking number neither. I personally favor Zeetron's products and service due to my first great experiences with them. However, now, it turned into nightmares.

After finding few major problems;
1. Colors are same as ones on their website
2. Home button is not fully functioning. (stuck inside and making so annoying clicking sound every time I pushed home button. Also, the color of home button is so shabby. It doesn't look high quality materials at all.
3. They did not send me the old parts, actually my $199.99 white kit.

I sent lots of emails, but they didn't reply me. So, I tried to talk to someone by the chat on their website. I talked to Jenny, and she kept saying their products are fine, which is absolutely not true.

Later, her manager, Mike, called me, and asked me to verify the problems. I explained things above. He said he understood colors are different... And, he said he can't do anything because this is the last pink part that they have.

I asked him whether they can change my phone to red but they said I have to pay $170 out of $199.99... Then, I asked him to give me refund but they said no... Because they can't sell these parts to their customers again... But, I'm wondering why I have pay for those low quality products and now I even can't get refund although that's not my fault.

Then, I said no. Asked him where are my old parts, he answered if customers do not ask their parts back, they will keep the parts. However, I never see any comments like this on their website. Then, I asked him to take my old white parts back and I will send the pick parts for refund. Then, he said he had to check whether it was the white one when I shipped my phone to Zeetron. He said he will call me back, but I haven't got a call till now (it's been 4 hours).

Now, I'm not sure whether Incan get my old parts back or refund... I'm just so disappointed with Zeetron. They were good... I was thinking of using their products and services later as long as I'm using iPhone. But, apparently, not anymore. It was bad bad and experiences...
