Be extremely careful when booking with Amoma. As stated in terms and conditions they do not guarantee any extra services provided directly by the hotel. We were supposed to stay in a hotel with pool facilities and it was under renovation with significant noise levels.
The rate on Amoma only guarantees the room and meals if selected.
Their T&C basically state that Amoma is not responsible for any information provided on their website: a) The information, software, products and services that are published, displayed or used on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and AMOMA.com and its suppliers will not, therefore, be liable for any inaccuracies displayed on the website relating to, amongst other things, the following:
-hotel photographs;
-hotel property;
-product descriptions; or
-lists of hotel amenities displayed on the website.
After writing the above review I have been contacted by Amoma and offerred a full refund for the hotel, so in the end they have offered acceptable customer service.
