Very unprofessional, unethical, immature company who had no clue on customer experience. Probably the worst tech used as no agent knows anything about any conversation. Been saying same thing to different people every couple of days. Got 5 emails for process refund. Everytime I click it gives me different number but I keep on getting email from OOJO to complete the process which never seem to get completed. Avoid the site if you can,,$50 saving is not worth the hassle if you get into any.
