I asked for a refund on the 39.95 they took from my account for vip instead they took another 39.95 they don't have a corporate office says Julie on the customer service end. But it pissed me off because that's almost 80$ taken for a shoe I never got in the first place... so I tried with shoedazzle and they say my shoes are delayed and I can't get a refund for it
