“Unprofessional, car was not available, they stopped responding to emails”

I booked a rental car, but upon arrival, the car was not available. I needed a 4WD which was not available. The reservation cost is not being refunded. They stopped responding to my emails. It seems I will lose 75 EUR. Extremely unfair and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
