“Systematic cheaters”

I took my car Insurance policy with ICICI Lombard first and their inspection team said because of some dent, zero DIP cant be issued. They promised to refund all amount and asked me to take another Comprehensive Plan.

After I took comprehensive plan, i didn't get refund for failed zero dip. When enquired the team says your zero DIp was issued, now to cancel it we are taking 500 Rs. So i paid them twice and ended up loosing both zero DIP and cancellation fee.
