After I decided not to proceed with the evaluation as I had another buyer ready, Cudoni staff was really uncooperative in handling my returns request.
BUSINESS MODEL IS FLAWED! I understand the whole service is free and the warehouse is under immense pressure, but the business model should allow for priority returns - specially if the owners are ready to pay extra to get their returns back in time. I feel stuck and this is really frustrating
