I recently saw cudoni online and wanted to sell my Louis's Vuitton loafers, they told me they will validate the shoes and that they are in perfect condition. When they price validated them they under valued them and stated they are just in good condition. Also they never told me about any commission or the fact that they don't pay you straight away and only pay you once the shoes are bought by someone. They also take a huge commission off. Huge scam and a lot of deception. I would not recommend them at all as they are te dishonest from the start.

This company has gone into liquidation and they still have some of my goods!
Is there any body reading these reviews who is in the same boat as me?
I am totally lost about what to do.
I have been in touch with the company dealing with their accounts and they have basically told me that my items have been sold off!
I haven't been paid anything!
If anyone is dealing with this company because the same thing has happened to them I would really love to hear from you.

I sent my trainers Nike Air presto off white to them in order to sell them! They kept them 2 weeks then offered me well under market value which I refused! They then kept them 3 more weeks before posting them back to me! They have kept my real pair and sent me a fake pair! I have complained but they are adamant that they have sent me the same pair back! Fraudsters! Stay away from them.

Stay away from this fraud company if you are selling your designers.

I have found this company online read the good reviews and thought why not give them a try to sell some of my designer items. I sent them everything from high end dresses, shoes and bags. A few weeks later they gave me their pricing, which was very much under what I usually sell in my local second hand store. So I turned it down and asked to send the items back. This process has taken two months. I received my items back today. What I can not believe is my bright red Herve Ledger dress that I have NEVER washed/sent to dry cleaning ever. Has come back to me very much worn and dry cleaned. I don't need to even guess. The state of my dress I received back from them is NOT the same. So yes. If you're sending your items to them and you're not selling them because of the embarrassing low pricing they give you. This is one chance that will happen to you. Your perfectly new items will turn in their hands to be used for own personal needs and sent back to you in a completely unacceptable shape. Now I have sent many high end dresses to dry cleaners in the past and even if the dry cleaners are good they always durn up like they've been washed 20 times. Therefore I only send my special items that I'm keen to keep in top shape to one dry cleaning company in London and rather pay the 10x price to have it done professionally.

What ever you do. Don't use this company. They will fraud you in one or other way.

They are worse than scammers! They collect all the items from my home then send me email with ridiculous prices i ask the items to be send it back and I receive the box after 2 month! Then one of the dress is missing and I am keep waiting 1/5 month for update. When I receive updates they offered 23£ for Marni silk dress because they can't found the dress ‍

It's a scum! Don't bother to try - they'll robe you too! It's been over a month and i still didn't get my item back. The evaluation didn't happen because they said my item was not authentic which is absolute bul$#*!. Will seek a legal advice!

Experience with Cudoni has been awful. Firstly their rates are horrific! There communication was terrible I had to keep calling and chasing progress up. They said they allowed someone to use a 20% off code for my item which was coming out of my total cost. They valued my bag at £950 was and I was offered £270 of that! After selling the bag they then told me I had to wait 28 days to see if the buyer would return amd then the funds would be released to me. The date came and my funds didn't arrive so I again called and 'shock' my bag had been returned. I then had to wait 15 days for them
To return my bag for me. They had my item for just over 3 months! Mot sure what type of dodgy Buisness this is but I am In process of seeking legal advice.

The Ryanair of "luxury" resale. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with; I am so shocked and cannot express enough how appalling my experience with Cudoni was. The service was good until they picked my items up after which they became completely incompetent and made errors at literally every turn; they did not store or ship my items appropriately resulting in 2 items which were brand new being returned damaged, their "fully insured" claim means they'll offer you £30 or to buy the item for the (very low) price they offered, they shipped my items to the wrong address and with no padding or paperwork, they lost 2 items and were only aware because I flagged it (it took them 2 days to find the items), they made a "human error" in resulting in under valuing my Chanel back by £1,200 (again only rectified when I questioned this) and my items took over a month to be returned to me and time and time again I was told items would be returned to me as a priority on X day, and when I followed up it transpired they hadn't even left the warehouse. Use Vestiaire.

After speaking with the team at Cudoni they told me that it would take 4-5 days for them to provide a offer after they collect the item (in this case it was a cartier bracelet worth £8000) An employee called Lucy collected the bracelet from me at my home. After 4-5 days they didn't contact me with an offer for my bracelet. I kindly asked to have my bracelet back as I hadn't expected this to take so long. They told me it was not possible to get it back to me for now. They started taking longer times to answer to me and it toke 2 months for them to get it back to me. They sent it back by dpd without a return address on the package. The box was damaged and I'm still not sure if I was given my authentic bracelet back. Do not trusting your precious/valuable items with these people as they have no intentions at all of buying or selling them. Be careful!
