I'd ordered a cake for a birthday on 24th may before 3 pm, it got delivered at 8pm. Yes, I'd called the consumer helpline and they were prompt on their replies but I'm very dissatisfied with the delivery and the cake. The cake has a faded black patch over it and wasn't really in a good shape.
