We've been using for a couple years now with some hitches and glitches yet all the same there is literally zero support and you're trusting them with your banking information? We've had payments lost and other issues and now can't even login bc their "2FA" email codes don't arrive and they're not responding. Today looking up reviews and BBB rating is F. Sounds about right.

Do not use. There is a real risk to your banking if they misuse it.

Their bill payment system seems like a great idea until you have any issues which leaves you stuck. May seem insignificant until you discover a lost or misapplied payment or other banking concern.
