“Poor custumer serivce & misleading return policy”

Don't waste your money. So disappointed about thredup. I ordered some clothes, bags, and shoes for my first order. The quality of the clothes are very poor! I mean VERY poor. The return policy was not clear. I ended up stuck with things that do not fit me or not wearable. No phone # to contact them if you have questions. The "contact us" link give only their address. What a joke! The only way to contact them is through live chat or online message. Staff is not helpful at all.
