Tried to get back in to check bids and was informed my password was wrong so I attempted to inform them tp send me a new one via my email. They have not as of over a month ago and I have made attempts daily for them to send me one. They also have a phone # *******501 which is useless. You cannot leave any message or get any assistance except: GOODBYE." They have the worst ever program for helping customers ever. So U guess I; ll just have to find another auction site with more customer influence, *******@aol.com in case some individual from tophatter may be screening in here as they could care less other than the possibility of this site
