“DO NOT ORDER!”

I ordered boots in November 2018. I never received my purchase. I wrote into customer support and they continued to reply "my order was on the way" even when i asked for a full refund for not receiving my merchandise they sent me an email with an invalid tracking number. I have yet to receive my order OR my money back!
