I ordered an Anniversary flower arrangement for rush delivery before noon the next day. The flowers did not arrive, and when I called their customer support line the agent just offered to cancel and refund the order - she said a prior commitment delayed the order. I wasn't at all informed when I placed the order nor on the next day that the flowers couldn't be delivered on time. It totally ruined the day since I put off buying flowers at a shop by trying their service and missed my chance of having them in time. Very, very dissatisfied! I recommend you call ahead with this company and get some form of reassurance they'll meet their commitment - they don't seem to take issues like this very seriously, based on my experience! THUMBS WAY DOWN!
