Months ago, I subscribed for your 30 days trial. Two days before my trial period was over, I cancelled my subscription! I was 100% sure, but it turns out that no - it wasn't complete for some reason! So that two days later I was charged with one month, that I didn't ask for. I'd like to have a refund, since - as it turned out - I wasn't the only one facing this issue...
