It isn't due to the people that work at Printerpix that it is difficult. The setup needs to be more user friendly and a tutorial would really help. I was told to go on YouTube which I did but it still was not very understandable. Anytime I called the agents were very nice but most times the info they gave me didn't work to solve my problems. Today, at long last I finished a 40 page book which I had a Groupon for only $13.99 for 3 forty page books. The shipping came to $16.99 so for approximately $10 a book I had three books to share with my children. When I ran into a problem getting the books in my cart I had help from your agent Aishwarya in making it all work out. She not only handled my problem but was nice enough to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving.
