I bought shoes and a dress and needed to return for bigger size. The problem is... there is no way to return them. There is no packing slip, their site says you have 3 days to get them in the mail to be able to exchange and their site says if you fill out a form a return label will be emailed to you. I did and it never happened. I tried live chat and the person obviously didn't understand English and they just stopped chatting and got off line when I said I needed a return label. All of their clothes and shoes run small and you have NO recourse if your stuff does not fit.

1) Size not as ordered: You can contact with our Customer Service directly for a full refund or a correct size for free.
2) Size as ordered but does not fit: Size may be 3cm/1.5 inch inaccuracy due to hand measurements. You can contact us and apply for a return. In these cases you would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
3) If the size difference is greater than 3cm/1.5 inch, we will cover the cost of the return postage. Please contact us to arrange a return.
