Purchased tickets on line. Didn't have a printer so I relied on the email containing my ticket as my confirmation page said they were sending. That is the only way movie theater accepts online tickets. Didn't have time to check (wouldn't have mattered anyway). Got to the theater there was no email. Email was NOT sent to me until 2:30am the next day. Movie started at 7:00pm night before. It was quite embarrassing... missed beginning of movie. I was able to prove I purchased it on my credit card and they did accept that finally. But $3.00 convenience charge for a total inconvenience. Called customer service support twice only to be kept on hold for 30 mins each attempt. Really? Lesson learned!
