This company processed my payment and then asked for a photo of my drivers licence to confirm my identity which I thought was a bit weird. Then when I hadnt received anything after a month, they told me that they didnt have the item in stock so I could wait or request a refund. I requested a refund and was told it would take 10 working days to process. When it still hadnt been processed after 14 days, I called them and they told me it would be prioritised and completed in 24 hours. After 2 days when I still hadnt received my refund I asked again and they said my case would be sent straight to the finance department for immediate attention. After another day I contacted my bank to complete a charge back under disputed claims. One month later, on the day when the bank began their legal action against CameraSky, the company finally returned my money. It was without doubt the worst experience Ive had with a company and whilst I got my money back, I wasted countless hours doing so. Do not shop with them!
