Imagine a girl with the phone to her ear providing a stellar reference, with another phone in her hand texting you that she's on a call and she'll get back to you asap. And there's 20 of you. All with unique needs and stories. That's what's happening. She's not blowing anyone off. Scam my $#*!. After working in the trucking industry for so long, I know what it's like to be expected to be a machine that can do inhuman $#*!. AND! I know how pissed people get when the impossible turns out to be impossible. I can see the irrational and unfounded butthurt in these negative reviews.
