I asked specifically for my parcel to be delivered to my apartment door and NOT to be left in the open, communal lobby. In the lobby there is a large sign at the entrance that tells delivery drivers not to leave parcels in the lobby. The Yodel driver put my parcel behind the sign. Absolutely ridiculous, and this could be the third time I've had poor, poor service from Yodel. I have already written to two organisations pleading with them to stop using Yodel as their delivery firm. I would never, ever use them given the choice.
