I have used my-picture previously, but my daughter bought a similar product from another supplier before Christmas. When the pictures came they were ripped and the frames looked very flimsy. We got a refund and re-ordered from my-picture. Not only did the canvas prints arrive before Christmas, they were obviously of much better quality... and actually chaeper than the other ones! I cannot recommend my-picture highly enough
