On 12/14/2016 I order a couple of customized items (travel mug, mug,.) as a Christmas gift for my family overseas. I even paid extra for shipping to arrive on Dec 23,2016. The email confirmation stated that the order was placed and I'd recieve another email once the items shipped. However, after Tracking my order on 12/21, curious, why I haven't recieved another email. I learned that the status of my order was canceled!... So I sent an email requesting an explanation on what happened. Was suppose to get a reply within 48 hours... Haven't heard back.
I am very disappointed and will not order from this site again!

We're very sorry to hear you did not receive notice of the cancellation. The cancellation emails are sent automatically and sometimes end up in spam/junk folders. We know it was a few months ago, but we will still follow-up with our Content department about this matter.
