Pierce Property Management has a very nice office and appears very legitimate... until, You're lease is up and you move out. I thought taking your deposit was bad despite being left as it was found. They will try and stick you with the $500 no-smoking fee. I had the representative try and say the cigarette butts in the yard proved smoking in the house and she lied about butts being found in the house to get the $500 and I dont smoke or allow smoking in my home... WOW! They tried to stick me with nearly $3,000 worth of fees until I got an attorney. THEY ARE RIP-OFF AND WILL SCREW YOU IF YOU DON'T SUE OR THREATEN TO SUE THEM.

Worst vehicle purchase experience of my life... by far! The Sales Manger Michael Caputo could not have been more rude, once the sale was made... horrible customer service. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get the vehicle registered, jerked me around with the license plate. Also, sold me a 1 year old used vehicle that had brakes that failed one week after I purchased it. While driving home the brakes went out and had to run off the road, nearly got me in an accident and cost $700 to get fixed. This vehicle supposedly passed their inspection process and was certified by Schumacher... what a joke.

I ordered front and rear mats in gray for my Nissan. First, took a month and got 2 rear matts then, took 2 weeks to get an RMA to send back, still need the 2 front matts. Next, they sent 2 front matts in black and one of them was for a Dodge Challenger and wrong year.

Customer Service - Worst that I have ever experienced... TERRIBLE. I seriously have no idea how they can stay in business.

I ordered front and rear matts for my vehicle, got 2 rear matts. Followed their explicit return policy and 31 days later they cannot seem to get me an RMA number. Their policy 28-48hours for RMA well, 3 days later still waiting. Right now, I have been sitting on the phone waiting to speak with their customer service person for 45 minutes... still on hold still waiting.
