Tour Radar had a tour I was interested in. I asked for a PDF of the trip, which they sent right away. I asked a couple of questions, which they answered in a reasonable amount of time. Then, they started sending me unsolicited advertisements. Many companies do that after you give them your email. However, their unsubscribe does not work, which is annoying. I have unsubscribed three times. Hopefully the third time will work.

Although the flights themselves were fine, on our return trip home from El Salvador via Mexico City, Aeromexico delayed the San Salvador-Mexico City flight and it became impossible to make our connecting flight back home. This created a 10-hour wait for us. On the re-scheduled return flight they put us into economy seats even though we paid for premium economy seats.

After getting home, I asked for a refund for the difference between the economy seat and premium economy seat. Aeromexico offered a credit, which I probably can't use in the next ten months (the time allotted). I asked them to lengthen the time for using the credit. They denied that. Aeromexico claimed that they could not refund me in cash (i. E., back to my credit card) because they have Pesos and I paid Canada dollars. Well, they were able to accept my Canadian dollars. Their policy implies that they can never pay any foreign bills.

We had numerous emails back and forth. Aeromexico never provided me with a reason that made sense with respect to why they could not refund cash. Everything they said entirely favored themselves as opposed to the customer.

I will now only fly Aeromexico if I have no other reasonable choice. I encourage you to do the same.

On a side note, Aeromexico gave each of us (four males) two meal coupons for the 10-hour delay until the next flight. A lady with the same flight delay problem was next in line. Aeromexico gave her one meal coupon that had less value than what we received. Was this discrimination?

One of the two restaurants we were allowed to go to was outside of security, which meant we had to go back into a lineup to get back in. The other restaurant was inside but was Starbucks, which has limited meal offerings.

To buy a product, I had to register with them and a part of that is giving your email address. Before purchasing the product, I decided to check more reviews. There were numerous complaints about wrong sizes being sent... So, I didn't purchase the product. After that I started getting emails. I unsubscribed at least five times and I still got an email.
