METRO PCS IS NOT LOYAL TO THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY LOOKING FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. THE NEW CUSTOMERS GET FREE PHONES AND BETTER PLANS. THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT BIN WITH METRO PCS FOR YEARS THEY SAID THEY CAN GET A UPGRADE. IT NO FREE PHONE TO GET A NEW PHONE YOU HAVE TO PAY ALOT OF $$$$$$. YOU ARE LOYAL TO THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT LOYAL TO YOU
