Ordered on line. Have to return product as way too big for a medium. They dont answer the phone. Kept me on hold for over 20 minutes before i gave up repeating folksy messages how they would answer soon. Finally "chatted" from the website. It was a hassle also. They couldnt just email me a label I could print. Had to use snail mail. Then they sent a catalogue! I am trying to get off their mailing lists. Decades ago this was a great place. No longer. Overpriced as well. Dont waste your tie,

Tip for consumers:
no customer service that doesnt waste your timee. very overpriced pajamas. Size misleading.
