I called for service and they arrived 2 hours earlier than I expected. They called first and i said yes for earlier service. After the initial inspection they found a few "little" problems that I didn't know that there was with my kitchen. They fixed my "BIG" problem very easily and saved me several visits in the future and additional cost in the future by fixing "little" problems. With the service agreement I saved quite a bit of money and obtained a better warranty. My tech, #5228, was honest and professional the entire time.
