I HAVE A CREDIT WITH ATT AND HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET THIS CREDIT EITHER TRANSFERRED TO OUR OTHER ACCOUNT OR REFUNDED. GETTING A LIVE AGENT ON THE PHONE IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. SO MUCH SO THAT BY THE TIME YOU DO GET AN AGENT FROM WHO GIVES A CRAP DEPARTMENT, YOU ARE SO AGGRAVATED AND PISSED OFF. IM AT THE POINT OF RIPPING THEIR EQUIPMENT OUT AND TOSSING ON THE ROAD'S SIDE.
