We have lived in this area since the 60s. We now live in Northern Nevada but maintain this residence as our oldest kids and grandkids still live in SoCal. Maintaining this one from long distance is always challenging and since this is the first time we've been here in over a year, we were wondering, "what will it be this time"? This week has been exceptionally cold and the heater took a dive. We have used an old family co. For years but the last few times have been unsatisfactory.
