Ordered a replacement knee brace that was then shipped UPS. I have my UPS orders go to a UPS Commercial location where I have a mailbox. Well, the brace was returned to Better Braces because they said UPS refused it. This is so extremely, extremely unlikely that I suspect BBraces mislabeled the package. They still blamed UPS. The mix up ended up costing me $310. So, I think their braces are ok, but you risk having to deal with customer service.
